NEW PRODUCT ALERT: Next week we will be introducing GREEN TO GROW bottles, they are PVC & Bisphenol-A Free just like the Born Free bottles. The difference is they have no vent system, but not all baby's need a vent system. If your baby doesn't, we highly recommend trying these bottles!

Breast is of course best, however, there are mothers out there that find themselves in a jam and I was one of them. Whether it be a low milk supply, an abundant milk supply, or going back to work bottle feeding comes into play.

After doing research I found the issue with PVC bottles leaching chemicals into baby's milk when heated or worn out, so I started with glass bottles. (there are some sites to check out below) Although, glass bottles were safe, there were not convenient. If you dropped them they would break and they didn't have the neat features of the low vacuum effect that helps reduce colic. After a few days with the vacuum problem my daughter rejected the glass bottles. So I did more research and found two bottles that offer convenience of plastic that is PVC free, polycarbonate free and phathalate free. And to top it off the Born Free bottles have one of the lowest vacuum effects out there, reducing colic and inner ear infections. BornFree™ is new to the Canadian market.
