With our bumGenius 3.0 or bumGenius Organic diapers you may try ONE diaper for 14 days and if you don't like it, you can send it directly back to Cotton Babies. You pay for the shipping and we return your money. You may also, at the same time return any unused product back to us and we will refund your money.
We do not take back any other used diapers, we recommend that you only try one diaper to make sure you like the diaper, or buy a trial pack before investing in cloth diapers.
With our other products we have a 30 day money back guarantee on any unopened and unused products, that includes all our diapers. You can return the product and will refund your money minus shipping charges.
